Personal Pilates Training Sessions
During your personal training sessions, you will have my undivided attention. The format is specific to your needs and abilities as we work together towards your fitness goals.

Private One-Hour Sessions
4-Session Package $55/session $220 total
8-Session Package $50/session $400 total
Semi-Private One-Hour Sessions
4-Session Package $35 per person/session $140 per person total
8-Session Package $30 per person/session $240 per person total

How often should you practice Pilates?
For best results, I recommend Pilates exercise at least three times per week.
Once per week. Results will take longer to see.
Twice per week. Results will be noticeable sooner,
Three times per week.
Results will be quickly noticed.
Please note that for travel distance of greater than 10 miles from my home in Walkertown, NC, there may be a small additional fee added to the rates below. We can discuss this when you contact me.
